"What do we do now?"
Seldom do we see 4 commands in a single verse:

Revelation 22:11
"LET him who does wrong continue to do wrong; LET him who is vile continue to be vile; LET him who does right continue to do right; and LET him who is holy continue to be holy."
Revelation 22:10-12 (in Context) Revelation 22 (Whole Chapter)

"Let" is a command. If you are not "LETTING" these things be ... for ones hidden nature to be revealed, then you are in violation of these commands.
Then repent!

Well, you say, we can't just let the vile be vile, we need to correct interfere with that and bring them from one that does wrong to one that does right, don't we?
Absolutely NOT!
