GraceHead vs. LawHead 11 - (knowledge)

GraceHead instruction will not emphasize a full HEAD, but a full HEART. GraceHead instruction is completely devoted to moving what we know in our head eighteen inches into our heart.

Everyone that I have met has admitted to knowing more then they are doing. But what do we hear when we sit under LawHead instruction except more data about what we could do that is bad, and what we could do that is evil. Do they really think that we don't know that cheating on our spouse is bad? Is “knowing” that info the solution? How many people have affairs because they just didn't have that information?

When someone that I knew was a teen, he told me that after reading over a dozen books for teens about purity, that he knew exactly the best reasons for not having sex before marriage. "... Because it just doesn't make sense," he said. When I heard that he was relying on reason instead of Christ, I knew that the LawHead conclusion would fail him. Within 2 years he had moved in with his unwed love interest.

LawHead teaching will emphasize a full notebook, a full plan, a full formula to life. Under that kind of teaching you will come have the impression that knowledge of good and evil is the key to righteous and godly living. Are they not eating from the wrong tree?
