And for the sake of clarifying just a bit as to where I'm coming from here...here is something I posted to someone else on another forum who asked me the question: "What denomination or organization are you affiliated with?" . . .

I belong to THE UNIVERSAL BODY OF CHRIST: A LIVING ORGANISM, - *not* a manmade "organization." - such as your Watchtower cult.

The Lord Jesus Christ is THE HEAD of that Organism/Body, ... and the Bible [in all it's simplicity and clarity] is the GuideBook, the WorkBook, and Study Guide.

You can keep your JW cult; the same for the Mormon cult and the
many others WHO DENY JESUS CHRIST AS GOD and LORD: ONE with THE FATHER and THE HOLY SPIRIT.

I also see all the competing manmade religious-institutions as essentially attempts "to package and sell" THE ETERNAL TRUTHS of Jesus Christ and the Bible. - these organizations & institutions OFTEN have competing agendas and often OBSCURE and hinder the work of the Holy Spirit insofar as true conversion and growth in maturity and righteousness. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE for a real and dynamic relationship and LOVE for the Lord Jesus Christ as a REAL and ETERNAL spiritual Being and Saviouredeemer.

Jesus did NOT say, "The Father is seeking those who belong to the fundamentalist baptist-faith and organization of churches." He said, "The Father is seeking those who will WORSHIP HIM *in Spirit and IN TRUTH.* - for the Father seeketh such to serve and know Him."
- that means to *walk in* the Spirit and walk in honesty and TRUTH. ... it does NOT mean (as you well know) to hammer people with Bible-verses and your pet religious ideas and viewpoints. (!)

Along with that, I belong to every local body of Christ which knows and serves and loves the Lord Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth, - regardless of what full degree of maturity and understanding they may possess. - so long as it does not clearly contradict essential Biblical doctrine.

I cannot be separated from the love of God ( Rom.8:35-39)
I am established, anointed, sealed by God (2 Cor.1:21-22)
I am assured all things work together for good (Rom. 8: 28)
I have been chosen and appointed to bear fruit (John 15:16)
I may approach God with freedom and confidence (Eph. 3: 12)
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Phil. 4:13)
I am the branch of the true vine, a channel of His life (John 15: 1-5)
I am God's temple (1 Cor. 3: 16).
I am complete in Christ (Col. 2: 10)
I am hidden with Christ in God (Col. 3:3).
I have been justified (Romans 5:1)
I am God's co-worker (1 Cor. 3:9; 2 Cor 6:1).
I am God's workmanship (Eph. 2:10)
I am confident that the good works God has begun in me will be perfected
(Phil. 1: 5)
I have been redeemed and forgiven (Col. 1:14).
I have been adopted as Gods child (Eph 1:5)
I belong to God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
