Jesus vs Not-Jesus ... Round 9

bell"Now that grace has come, lets be diligent in breaking each command as often as possible and get others involved in this to quiet our conscience."- Not-Jesus.

"Grace is my gift and my divine enabling that causes you to do today what I did in My own body 2000 years ago - to live a blessed life ... far from sin ... abiding in My ways ... even surpassing what the law requires." - (Trent's interpretation of) Jesus.

.... and this round goes to?

JESUS ! in a first-round KO !
Jesus is a commandment keeper. - all according to the Law of Love written in the heart by the Holy Spirit and the Living Word of GOD !

I always like to remind people of one of my favorite definitions of GOD: "GOD Is The Moral Center of the Universe." ... you want to abide near Him? ... KEEP and HONOR His Moral Commandments. ... but THANK GOD ALMIGHTY for the grace that keeps us and gets us There.

without His grace and enabling LIFE, ... we are nothing.

Amen Trent.
Amen Len.

...and amen again.

Here what God spoke to Me today to give to Trent concerning this issue:

Thus says the Lord: Say no more, ‘Grace versus the Law’. Rather say, ‘Grace AND the Law’. For Grace is the fulfillment of the Law, and where there is an absence of grace, there is lawlessness. Therefore, keeping the Law is a reflection of My own Spirit in you. For anyone who says, ‘I am in the Lord and He is in Me’, while forsaking My Law, is a liar, and will be found as such in the Day. For I Am Who I Am, the same and unchanging, and today the same...I DO NOT STAND DIVIDED AGAINST MYSELF.
My children do continually use My name, and that gift given them, as a sword in which they justify their sins, of which I hate...desecration! Therefore, My son (you, Trent), you have spoken well. Until the Day be fulfilled, let those who do wickedly continue therein, and let those who seek righteousness walk therein, until the harvest is complete. But oh, how blessed are they who have received of Grace, and seek to please the Father in obeying His Law, and teach men so... Grace AND the Law.

“Suppose we seek to be made right with God through faith in Christ and then we are found guilty because we have abandoned the law. Would that mean Christ has led us into sin? Absolutely not ! Rather I am a sinner if I rebuild the old system of law I already tore down. For when I tried to keep the law, it condemned me. So I died to the law- I stopped trying to meet all its requirements-so that I might live for God. My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not treat the grace of God as meaningless. For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die.”

“It is clear that no one can be made right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, ’It is through faith that a righteous person has life.’ This way of faith is very different from the way of law, which says, ‘It is through obeying the law that a person has life’.”

“You are trying to earn favor with God by observing certain days or months or seasons or years. I fear for you. Perhaps all my hard work with you was for nothing. Dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to live as I do in freedom from these things”

“So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.”

“For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace.”

“You were running the race so well. Who has held you back from following the truth? It certainly isn’t God, for he is the one who called you to freedom. This false teaching is like a little yeast that spreads through the whole batch of dough! I am trusting the Lord to keep you from believing false teachings. God will judge that person, whoever he is, who has been confusing you.”

“For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself’.”

“Even those who advocate circumcision don’t keep the whole law themselves. They only want you to be circumcised so they can boast about it and and claim you as their disciples.”

“What counts is whether we have been transformed into a new creation. May God’s peace and mercy be upon all who live by this principle; they are the new people of God.”

Taken from the letter by the Apostle Paul, to the churches of Galatia.

Kurt, question not your worthiness, rather question if you are forgiven, and if you have come to full repentance. For what the Lamb has washed in His blood, is now worthy of the Kingdom. For you are saved by grace through faith, this not of yourself. Neither by your works are you saved, lest you should boast. All men fall short of glory. Therefore, did I send My Son in your stead, to take the burden of your sin. For your belief in Him and obedience to Him have placed you at His right hand in the Day to come. ~ God [Letters from God and His Christ - Volume 1 - Those Whom the Lord Has Cleansed Are Now Clean, and Worthy of the Kingdom]
